....wow I fail at keeping up with things lately UH.

Laguna thinks tiny!Cesare's a good kid! Obviously he's pretty smart, and he's pretty well-mannered, which is nice, and he seemed impressed at things like Laguna having been a soldier, which is even better. :D So basically overall positive impression, which probably isn't too surprising given Laguna being predisposed toward liking kids. XD

....and he totally can be worn down by persistent cuteness. Err. >_>;;
