Info/Permissions

Name: Cesare Borgia (Cesar Borja)
Age: 16 (18 post Sept '12)
Hair: Dark, with a reddish tint
Eyes: Blue
Height: He was about 5'8" as an adult, so... 5'4"?
Weight: Something that makes sense with his height.
Bloodtype: Unknown!

Medical info: Cesare is athletic and strong for his age. He likes to spar and ride horses and hunt. Because of his father's wealth, he has always had enough to eat and proper medical attention.

He has no medical problems and considers himself to be perfectly healthy.

Physical Traits: By all accounts, Cesare was a highly attractive young man. As an adult he was considered tall for the time, although not by today's standards. As a university student, Cesare is slender and athletic and already considered something of a stud.

Just as an aside, Cesare has been made a bishop by this time and is supposed to have a tonsure. He doesn't.

What's Okay to Mention: Cesare is interested in you (yes, you), but is less willing to tell you anything greatly important about himself. You can talk about whatever you want, but he's both proud and very aware of his position as an illegitimate child and as being half-Spanish. So he's rather sensitive about discrimination and prejudice. This extends to his feelings on religion; another sure-fire way to push his buttons is to try to impose some sort of dogma.

Actually, here is a list of things that will annoy him:

• racism
• religious discrimination
• discrimination based on birth order/legitimacy
• classism
• talking bad about his family or bff/bodyguard

But I also have many >| fais icons, so don't think you can't go for it!

Notes For the Psychics: Apart from the stated above? Cesare's thoughts would be... interesting. He is usually thinking more than what he actually says and it's fairly often in conflict. He lies a lot. He keeps secrets.

His thoughts would be a mixture of Italian and Catalán mostly. I don't know how that would work out in camp with the translator but I figure people would at least be able to pick up on this. (On that note, if Cesare says anything to you in Spanish, CHANCES ARE it's going to be Castilian but. pretend it's Catalán. o/; )

Hugging/Kissing/Nicknaming: Not unless he permits you to. (Seriously, though, go ahead. He might not appreciate it much, but I think it would be funny.)

Maiming/Killing/Death: ...I'm pretty okay with this. Maybe ask first, or I'll contact you if I'd rather the thread didn't go there.

Other facts: Cesare speaks Italian, Spanish (primarily Catalán), Latin, Greek, and French. Although since he's from 1491, they're rather dated. He's also received a rigorous education in the classics, grammar, math, astonomy, theology, and law. (If we want to get technical, he's currently "studying" for his doctorate in canon law.)

At this point Cesare is the Bishop of Pamplona, Apostolic Prothonotary, Canon of the Cathedral of Valencía, Deacon of the Cathedral of Xátiva, Priest of Gandía, Treasurer of the Cathedral of Cartagena, Deacon of the Cathedral of Tarragona, and Canon of the Cathedral of Lerida.

This means that he's rich. Really, really rich. (He doesn't talk about this, though.)

Fun fact: When he's a little older, Cesare chooses for himself the motto "aut Caesar aut nihil"--Caesar or nothing. He already strongly identifies with his namesake, hence his username.

Oh, yeah, and I guess this is as good a place as any to note that Cesare brought his horse with him. It's a black andalusian stallion named Romulus.

Cooking: No. He had people for that. But if someone wants to teach him, he'll be a quick learner.
