Cesare's still young enough to automatically believe in miracles and magic--if they're presented to him properly. That whole "I'm the embodiment of a country" thing sounds crazy to him in theory but the soul ping seemed real enough. So he pretty much just decided to accept it. Some things are beyond proper understanding (although he really, really would like to understand).

Cesare is very interested in talking to Spain more. While I think camp will eventually start to confuse this, in canon he is very pro-Spain because of his father and that side of the family. He really wants to know more about what will happen in Spain~ Apart from the omgcountry, he thinks Spain is friendly and... yeah, okay, he's mostly just hung up on the omgcountry.

Tiny!Cesare thinks of Rakushun as something like a living teddy bear. If teddy bears existed at the time. And if he was a bear. Anyway. He thinks he's interesting and wonders what it's like to live in a place where everyone's a giant fluffy rat. :3 He thinks he is too big/mature to cuddle him, though.

...I think Cesare only talked to Boatmom briefly. They should interact more. He'd find her very interesting (and not only for the limb-growing wtf).

Nowaki thinks the saddest little girl ever needs love ;__; He wants to know what happened to her! But he won't ask, at least not until she's an adult again, because he's a strange man and that's weird. But he was so serious about her sleeping over at his and Hiro's apartment!! (This holds for when she's big again, too.) I'm really looking forward to reversing the situation with tiny!Nowaki, haha. :)

Oh, and Kitchel had Ema as a counsellor and she thinks she has a stick up her butt. But isn't a bad person, would pester again etc etc. :Db

Doing this a little prematurely because I am so enjoying those threads. Good pick with who to jump him with. :Db

Cesare really liked hearing about Italy from Lancia! Made his week. He's been reading about it, of course, in the library, but there are so many books to choose from and so many topics to study that he gets sidetracked a lot and has actually not been able to read about it nearly as much as he likes. He thought he had a good education. There are a lot of holes in his knowledge he's trying to fill as rapidly as possible. So Lancia really helped him get a fuller idea of what the peninsula is like, if only through glimpses of two cities. He would love to talk to him further and ask about pretty much everywhere else Lancia has been, but his pride will keep him from doing this too quickly. Cesare can also tell that Lancia is strong--if this were applicable, he'd peg him as a mercenary or solider of some sort, but as far as he has been able to tell, that's not as common for people in this strange new world, so he's holding off on his final guess. Either way he likes him because he is both smart and strong and he appears trustworthy and discreet even though he can't exactly blend into a crowd. He's going to keep feeling him out in large part because, honestly, he feels vulnerable at camp and would like to form some useful alliances. But the interest he has in Lancia's stories about Italy is genuine and totally unfeigned.

Rue confuses Cesare. Or maybe it's more like he wants to understand him because he wants to understand everyone and he doesn't have nearly enough information yet to do so and it is both frustrating and compelling. He hasn't met anyone like him before, in camp or out of it, although Leonardo da Vinci came the closest. They both have the ability to outwit him because he doesn't understand how they work, which is unusual enough that he is drawn to them. Rue pinged Cesare hard several times during their one thread (mostly because of what he said although he does think he's gorgeous, for lack of a better word) and probably managed to top him the most out of anyone in camp so far. When he thinks about this later it will really annoy him. Cesare sees himself as an adult even if this isn't true and feels the most comfortable and in control if he can portray himself as one. He'll act his age on occasion if he either gets bored and feels like it or if he gets topped into it. The former is acceptable to him as it is still a sign of his control. He does not like doing the latter, or at least it offends his pride, although if asked about it later he would say that he did it on purpose for xyz end. Cesare definitely will take Rue up on that hot springs offer because he is so eager to learn more. He's intrigued to the point that I need to know if you want to thread it because otherwise I'm going to headcanon the crap out of it, haha.

What the fucking hell a talking reindeer. What is this he doesn't even.

Um, I said this to Rakushun before, but Cesare feels more comfortable around the animals in camp since he sees them as less of a potential threat. Chopper is clearly not from his world, ergo Chopper is not a danger outside of camp. And probably not in camp, either. He's a cute little reindeer (which, just btw, I totally collect ornaments of. I've got like a couple dozen.). The language thing is really interesting to him, since he's good at languages and likes learning new ones. Next time it happens, expect Cesare to be able to communicate with him a bit better.

Tiny!Cesare thinks Chopper is strange and fun to poke. He doesn't actually think he's a demon or going to hell or whatever it was he said. He does think he gives awesome reactions and is a funny weird animal. :D

I guess I can just ask about lil Cesare and Lelouch. Lelouch has been a little CRAZY to be out among regular people lately.

Little Cesare was impressed by Lelouch and wanted to impress him as well. He never asked, but assumed that he was some sort of nobility--or from one of those families that might as well be nobility, and therefore he was very keen to come off well. Lelouch was suave and smart and he wanted to seem like he was those things as well. He also really liked hearing about his home and his family, even if Lelouch didn't want to tell him anything that important. That's cool; he understands.

Thoughts on Ezio?

Cesare isn't afraid of Ezio (although he probably should be), but he makes him very uncomfortable. Very, very uncomfortable. This irritates him because he knows he would feel better if he had Miguel, at least, in camp and he doesn't like feeling dependent on people. He is pretty damn sure that Ezio is watching him, if not outright following him, and is half-entertaining himself by putting on a show of being extra good and normal for him.

He's also a little disappointed. He would have liked having someone from more or less his time/location to talk to.

Cesare thinks Oswald is very interesting and is still trying to feel him out. There is a lot that he wants to know that he won't or can't ask him, and he's basically trying to get a sense of who he is and how he works in a more round about fashion. He can tell he's strong and would really like them to have a working relationship. Neutral, if nothing else. The fact that it was a truth post kind of limited his actions in that regard a bit, but not so much that he wouldn't talk to Oswald again later to keep working at it. He is also very curious about what language he was speaking and wants to find out. It's one of the things he's looking around for in the library.

Um, I don't think anything for any of the others is different, so I'll Hot or Not them!
