(it is easier to use our painter names)

Having Picasso around is both reassuring because he has backup in the form of someone who thinks like he does and terrifying because they really don't agree on everything. He's not entirely sure Picasso is on his side, especially after some of their conversations and from things he's heard from Juan.

Speaking of Juan, he so wants Juan to be Picasso's problem. Juan is difficult and there was a very good reason Dali stabbed him before he came to camp. He can't just "get over it" and having Picasso tell him he needs to try makes it seem like he's on Juan's side. He's been a little on edge around his otherself since he arrived just because he doesn't want things to turn into a two on one situation.

But now that he's calmed down more and Juan has sobered up an healed a lot there is more of a sense of having Picasso there to back him up, since it really takes two Cesares to handle one Juan.

So there's a lot of suspicion, but a sort of deeply implied trust (if you can't trust yourself, who can you trust?) and everything is all muddled.

Who does Cesare dread kissing most come mistletoe?
