If he knew all the fine print, then it's on him, but if he didn't know all of it then there's a little room for forgiveness. After all, people get into messes without knowing the full scope of it all the time. The problem is I don't know all the details, and I'm not going to make any judgments about just how guilty he is without meeting him.
